The Design

Lines, Form, Function.
From the graceful curve of a vaulted arch to the elegant contours of a linen fold door, our designs bear the symmetry and proportion tested by time. Our cabinets look like no other on the market. All of our moldings, doors, and drawers are designed and built in-house. All our carved accents are done by hand. Our furniture style cabinets reflect a timeless quality that cannot the reproduced by machine.

The Construction

Solid. Precise. Exacting. No shortcuts. In a disposable era, heirloom quality still exists. You do not have to choose from stock sizes and hope it fits your wall space. We build the old school way, a tradition passed down from generations. Pieces will look great after 30 years, not just 30 days. Feel the substance of 1 ¼" solid wood thickness on all our frames and doors. Examine the strength of dovetail joinery on all our solid wood drawers. Observe the smooth function of precision hardware

The Finish

Color. Tones. Durability. The most critical yet least mastered component of cabinet making, done well, it makes a great cabinet spectacular. Done poorly, it leaves you remembered for all the wrong reasons. Developed over years of experience, our sixteen-step process accentuates the wood's natural beauty. Primarily hand applied, the extra time and attention to detail invites you to examine the details. Our cabinets reveal the true essence of the wood, unlike the baked-on plastic-like finish common to many of today's designer cabinetry. Instead of the so-called distressed look, our craftsmen apply the art of antiquing. Our finish mimics the natural aging process, the gentle wear of years of tender use. Others abuse their medium by indiscriminately battering the wood with hammers and gouges and call this "skilled workmanship". Your cherished antiques were not created this way. An heirloom cannot be reproduced this way.

Passing of the Chisels

Our pride has been evident since our inception. We continue a legacy of four generations in the woodworking field. We strive to both preserve and improve upon the workmanship and design that has been passed down to us. With great pride we carry on that tradition with the naming of the company, Chase, after the owners son. The passing of the chisels is just one symbol of this legacy, conferred at an early age, due to the fact that it takes decades of hard work and commitment to become a true craftsman. In preparing each new generation for this unique art, they make a clear promise to share their love and God given talent with every generation to come.

The Signing of the Drawer

At Chase, you will find the difference in the details. This detail is just one more way of illustrating the dedication we feel and the pride we take in each one of our products. You are not just receiving cabinets, you are receiving craftsmanship. We see every piece created as a work of art that is custom made especially for each one of our clients.
